DentaSphere is an AI-powered dental clinic management SaaS platform operated by The CoreSphere Technologies, a Sole Proprietorship. Access is provided digitally through a secure clinic workspace, web application and supported PWA functionality.

2. Physical Returns and Exchanges

Standard DentaSphere subscriptions do not involve physical products, courier delivery or shipped merchandise. Accordingly:

• There is no physical product to return.
• Return shipping is not applicable.
• Physical product exchanges are not applicable.
• No return-material authorisation or courier pickup process applies to standard DentaSphere subscriptions.

3. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Requests relating to subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, duplicate payments, failed transactions, service-activation issues or billing disputes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

DentaSphere services are activated and delivered digitally. Trial activation, paid subscription activation, onboarding, implementation and support are described in our Service Activation & Delivery Policy.

DentaSphere is the customer-facing product and brand. The CoreSphere Technologies is the legal merchant and operator. Depending on the payment method or provider, The CoreSphere Technologies may appear as the merchant, payee, beneficiary or statement descriptor for a DentaSphere payment.
