Thank you for choosing DentaSphere. We strive to provide enterprise-grade practice management software. Please read our policy regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds carefully.
We offer a 30-day, risk-free dedicated trial of the DentaSphere platform. During this period, no payment method is required. Because clinics have 30 days to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a subscription, we do not offer refunds once a paid billing cycle has commenced.
You may cancel your DentaSphere subscription at any time through your Administrator Dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will prevent any future billing charges.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your account will be suspended. You will have a limited grace period (as defined in your specific SLA) to request an export of your clinic's data before the instance is permanently archived or deleted.
Refunds are only granted in the highly unlikely event of a documented, prolonged service outage or critical systemic failure on the part of The CoreSphere Technologies that breaches our Service Level Agreement (SLA), at the sole discretion of management. If in case the refunds have been approved, it will be credited to the original payment mode within 15-30 business days,
